AEFE Financial Aid Application

Families of French nationals must schedule an appointment with the Social Services section of the French Consulate to submit their application. The deadline to complete your financial aid application for 2025-2026 is March 1, 2025.

Please note that students in the IB or International tracks (grade 6 to 12) are not eligible for the AEFE aid.

Appointment Options

If you wish to meet them at their offices in Manhattan, you must make your appointment ONLINE. Please schedule your appointment now.

The Social Services section of the French Consulate will come to our offices on TBD, to meet applying families. Appointments at the school must be made by BY PHONE. Please call Stéphanie Reyna (financial aid coordinator) at 914-250-0412.

Prepare for Your Appointment

In the meantime, we recommend that you:

Verify your registration and your children's registration with the French Consulate.
Contact the Consulate's Social Services section social.new-york-cslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr or at 1 212 606-3600 to begin the preparation of your file as soon as possible.
Some elements may be submitted now, to ease the application process.
Prepare your 2024 tax return (1040) as soon as possible in order for the Consulate to examine your file in the best possible condition and most up-to-date status.
